Through ministry and participation in special-interest groups, we prepare the way for the kingdom of God by actively serving one another in our Christian community.  In the words of Pope Benedict XVI, the laity “are called to recognize we share in the responsibility of the church’s ministry.”

Ask anyone at Mass why they love SFDS and chances are they will mention OUR MUSIC! We are a diverse parish and our music ministry definitely reflects that! From gospel to Spanish rhythms to traditional hymns, the Music Ministry is one of the many reasons why St. Francis de Sales rocks!
